Together we will explore eating habits & address any health issues, setting the stage for a successful journey toward optimal wellness.

Single Holistic Nutrition Session

If you're looking to improve your health through holistic nutrition, here I offer personalized sessions tailored to your unique needs. Whether you need accountability, nutritional guidance, or simply want to become more educated about holistic nutrition, I'm here to support you! Schedule sessions as you need  to!

4 Session Pack

This 4 week program is designed to kick start health lifestyle changes. Through personalized sessions, we analyze your current health status & goals, pinpointing potential inflammation triggers. Together, we develop a customized plan tailored to your needs. Our focus is on creating sustainable strategies for your overall wellness journey.

8 Session Pack

Transform your health with this 8-week holistic nutrition program. This program is educational, empowering while I guide you through tailored meal plans & lifestyle changes. We will work together to eliminate specific foods that may be impacting your well-being & gradually reintroduce them for long-term success.

Personal Training

$50/Session at CrossFit Green River

These 1:1 sessions will be tailored to your specific goals & fitness level. During the first session we will do a total body assessment that includes body measurements, body fat percentage & BMI. Whether you are focusing on strength, endurance, or mobility, I will guide you to ensure proper form & technique while providing motivation & accountability.
